Terms of Service & Transaction Standards
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern all inquiries, negotiations, valuations, and corporate transactions conducted through Plateau Products ("Plateau Digital Assets", "we", "us"). By submitting an inquiry or engaging in acquisition discussions, you represent that you have the corporate authority to bind your organization.
2. Nature of Services
Plateau Digital Assets operates as a digital asset portfolio manager, seller, and strategic intermediary. Domain names presented are proprietary portfolio assets or assets managed under direct brokerage mandates. All discussions are subject to asset availability and mutual contract execution prior to final settlement.
3. Escrow & Transfer Protocols
To ensure 100% counterparty security, all transfers are conducted pursuant to standard ICANN registrar protocols and verified escrow services:
- Escrow Settlement: Transactions are routed through licensed, independent escrow providers (including Escrow.com) unless alternative institutional arrangements are mutually codified in writing.
- Chain of Custody: Authorization codes (EPP keys) and push authorizations are initiated upon verified escrow funding.
- Inspection Period: Buyers are provided an agreed verification window (standard 1 to 5 business days) to confirm administrative control and DNS management before escrow funds disburse.
4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Unless otherwise required by statutory law, preliminary price negotiations, transaction terms, and corporate inquiries remain strictly confidential. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are provided upon request for corporate acquisitions.
5. Warranties & Representations
Plateau warrants that it possesses legal title and transfer authority for all delivered assets free and clear of registrar liens or third-party encumbrances.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
