All cedar nest boxes, supplemental water guzzler catchment roofs, and steel feeder enclosures fabricated by Plateau Products are warranted against structural defects, rot-through, and fabrication failure for a period of five (5) full years from delivery date.
Wildlife Management Plans (50-129), annual biological census counts, and GIS mapping are performed by certified wildlife professionals in accordance with Texas Tax Code Chapter 23 and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) standards.
When contracted for full 1-d-1 Wildlife conversion or annual compliance agreements, Plateau stands behind its authored plans with complete CAD audit support. We provide documentation defense before the local county appraisal review board.
Field installations are scheduled upon property access approval. Landowners are responsible for providing basic gate access codes or meeting technicians at the perimeter entrance on the scheduled installation date.
